KRISTEN STEWART RUMORED TO BE IN TALKS TO STAR WITH
JAMES FRANCO IN INDIE
'SEASONS OF DUST'

If he had his way, he would have starred in a Twilight film with Kristen Stewart. He may get the chance this time as Clevver News is reporting that James Franco (Oz: The Great and Powerful) and Stewart may be signing on to star in the indie "Seasons of Dust."

According to Clevver, the film is set during the great depression. Stewart would play Janie who moves in with a farm family after her grandfather commits suicide.  She injures the son badly after an attempted rape.  Janie flees the town not knowing if the son survived the injuries.  She then meets the "dashing criminal" Ricky (Franco) where they take off travelling cross country together being chased by the law and two hired hitmen.

Franco just starred in the highly successful blockbuster Oz: The Great and Powerful produced by SWATH producer Palak Patel.

Let us hope that Franco's dreams can finally come true. Stay tuned to see if these two stay attached to the project.

'YOUNG SNOW WHITE' RAFFEY CASSIDY TO STAR WITH
GEORGE CLOONEY IN A
"TOP SECRET" DISNEY FILM

Universal/THR

Raffey Cassidy who played the Young Snow White is a lucky young lady scoring the starring role next to George Clooney (The Decendents) in a Disney film called Tomorrowland, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

"Cassidy will play a young girl robot who has been around for decades. Also a key factor: She knows several fighting styles. She has a previous relationship with Clooney’s character, a bitter inventor."

See full film description below

THR states that Tomorrowland's
script  is "Top Secret"  "under lock and key" but is described to be like Steven Spielberg's Close Encounters of the Third Kind

Tomorrowland also stars British actor Hugh Laurie (House) as the villain.  Filming is set to begin in August with a release date of December 19, 2014.

*******************

“A teenage girl, a genius middle-aged man (who was kicked out of Tomorrowland) and a pre-pubescent girl robot attempt to get to and unravel what happened to Tomorrowland, which exists in an alternative dimension, in order to save Earth.”

“The “Tomorrowland” that they keep referring to in this break-down appears to be a place where science has blown past the world we live in, and when Frank Walker was a young man, he first encountered the promise of Tomorrowland at the 1964 World’s Fair. David Nix was there, showing off his own work, and he told Walker to come back when he was older and his inventions actually worked. A girl named Athena saw great promise in 11-year-old Frank, though, and she snuck him into Tomorrowland. Eventually, Frank was discovered by Nix and thrown out, but not before learning that the girl he loved, Athena, was actually a robot.”

Up next, Stewart will begin filming The Big Shoe which co-stars Elizabeth Banks (The Hunger Games) in June.  It was just announced that SWATH 2 will be released in 2015 where Stewart will reprise her role as Snow White.  No production date has been announced.

SNOW WHITE BECOMES A CASUALTY OF TWILIGHT/STEWART FANS'
MTV PROTEST

The outcome was inevitable and predicted but we gave it a good fight even with the nefariousness in the voting included (coming up in a later article). Kristen Stewart's fans, in particular her Twilight fans, were having none of it when it came to her winning a Golden Popcorn at the 2013 MTV Movie Awards.

Twilight fansites led by Twilight Poison initiated a social media protest  due to the lack of nominations, in particular Best Kiss, which Stewart and The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2 received.

The protest was extended to include not voting for Stewart's Snow White in order to not provide Stewart a reason to have any part of the show.

Unfortunately for SWATH but lucky for Bilbo, Stewart's Twilight fans won.  HitFix gives kudos to the Twilight fans as one of their "Best" in their 'Best and Worst of the 2013 MTV Movie Awards'.

"They [Twilight fans] protested the social networking vote for Best Hero, too, which probably would have gone to Kristen Stewart's Snow White from "Snow White and the Huntsman" in a landslide but instead went to Bilbo Baggins from "The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey. Rock on, Twihards. You are freakin' SERIOUS."

The fans were told not to watch MTV but to participate in a worldwide viewing party of Breaking Dawn 2 exactly at 9pm EST or when it aired in their own time zone. Fans were also asked to tweet about the film and their memories of the 'Nokia Tent City' premiere experience using the hashtag #BreakingDawnPart2Night in order to trend on Twitter over MTV.  The cast was also asked to join with the fans.

Twilight fans won, again, as the hashtag topped both MTV and host Rebel Wilson on Twitter all night trending their hashtag #BreakingDawnPart2Night.

Stewart also won the night (in a sense) when the winners for the Best Kiss award were announced, an instant worldwide trend under the fan nickname 'Robsten' (which is short for Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart)  hit big stating, "Robsten Is The Best Kiss."

In other MTV Movie Awards news:

Chris Hemsworth's The Avengers took home the big prize including Movie of the Year, Best Fight and Best Villain.

Sam Claflin's upcoming Hunger Games film, Catching Fire, premiered its first trailer. However, he was not in it.  We are pretty sure he will be seen soon.

Read the rest of the winners here at MTV.

DEMI LOVATO SAYS SWATH IS HER FAVORITE STEWART FILM

Singer and X Factor judge Demi Lovato tells Sirius XM Hits 1 radio that SWATH is her favorite Kristen Stewart film during a promotional appearance on the radio station Friday.

Sirius XM Hits 1 asked fans to tweet questions ahead of her appearance. A series of questions and answers were tweeted.

In response to the final question"What's your favorite movie by Kristen Stewart?" Lovato responded, "Snow White and the Huntsman."

To be recognized as a Stewart favorite by the popular and outspoken Lovato over "Into the Wild," "The Runaways," and "The Cake Eaters" (to name a few) as well as her blockbuster franchise "Twilight" is humbling.

Lovato was out promoting her new album "Demi" to be released next month and her new music video "Heart Attack" which can be seen here

TO THE FANS OF SNOW WHITE AND THE HUNTSMAN: DECISION REGARDING MTV BEST HERO AWARD & VOTING

To All Loyal & Dedicated SWATH fans:

Almost two weeks ago, MTV nominated Snow White, played by Kristen Stewart, for their Best Hero Award. It was an honor to have one of our characters nominated for an awards show that features top A-list talent in the film and music industry.  It was the only award SWATH had been nominated for and we were excited for the nomination.

I have worked diligently having fun with fans on Twitter gathering votes for Snow White believing that votes would be appropriately accounted for according to the rules set forth by MTV which state, "Every hashtag counts as one vote."

SWATH cast members as well as producer Palak Patel have cast votes on Twitter and have encouraged others to do so.  Unfortunately, it was brought to my attention (see tweets below) that fans' Twitter accounts were being flagged to be reported as spam for following MTV's rules which state, "every hashtag [#votesnowwhite] counts as one vote."

This type of voting is not considered "spam" as defined by Twitter.  The hashtags were not being used to "post multiple unrelated topics" or for the reasons defined as "spam." Therefore, reporting these fans for voting pursuant to MTV's rule is a form of harassment and is unacceptable as I see it.  If there are any other problems with the accounts, then the process for reporting the particular problem should be adhered to according to Twitter's standards.

Fans of the affected accounts have continued to ask if their votes "will be counted?"  This cannot be ascertained, unfortunately.  It is unknown if these fans have not been harmed (if their votes have been counted or if they continue to use their accounts, that they will be counted).

The voting process cannot include supposition and innuendo by others in order to circumvent votes as all people deserve due process.

With that said, I will no longer ask or encourage fans to participate in this MTV voting process for Best Hero and report the voting tallies because it is unknown if the reported accounts are having their votes counted or if other fan accounts are/have been effected.

However, you may continue to participate to secure the win for Snow White. This fansite will continue to support Snow White via Twitter utilizing the hashtag because she is a nominee representing SWATH.

I thank you all for your passion and support of Snow White.  It is my hopes that you continue to vote and bring it home for her because she truly is the Best Hero of them all.

Thank you.

Sincerely,
D1

HAPPY BIRTHDAY
KRISTEN!

Happy Birthday to Kristen Stewart as she celebrates her 23rd birthday today.  Kristen has much to look forward to this year as she continue her post-Twilight career.

Starting with ending the Twilight franchise with the final film Breaking Dawn Part 2, it leads of all the films at the box office bringing in $829.2 million worldwide, according to Box Office Mojo.  The Los Angeles Times reported yesterday that BD2 was still in the Top Ten for DVD sales after 5 weeks of release.

Kristen Stewart - Nickelodeon's 26th Annual Kids' Choice Awards - ShowShe recently won two awards at Nickelodeon's 26th Annual Kids' Choice Awards for Favorite Female Buttkicker for SWATH and Favorite Movie Actress for The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2.

Kristen's Snow White character is currently nominated for an MTV Movie Award for Best Hero.  It has been a back and forth dogfight between the fans.  Although Snow White currently holds a slim lead, it has been a tough go since a lot of her fans are protesting the awards show due to the lack of nominations they believed Breaking Dawn Part 2 should have received and are now refusing to support the show in any way.

SWATH Family Supports Snow White (Kristen Stewart) For MTV Movie Awards Best Hero

Kristen can currently be seen on the HBO cable channel as Snow White and the Huntsman recently premiered on American television this month.  In addition, her film On the Road just went into nationwide theater expansion.

Universal

Kristen is set to go into production with two announced comedic films this year.  Focus is reported to begin filming this month and The Big Shoe in June, according to IMDb.  Although a filming date has yet to be announced, there may be a third before the year is out (SWATH 2).

Kristen and her fans have a lot to look forward to as the now young adult actress expands her extensive Hollywood career.  Beginning as a child star, Kristen has appeared in low-budget dramatic indies to big-budget action blockbusters. Kristen has had an eclectic career so far.

Now with her dipping her toe into the comedic pool, maybe we can see her in a Romantic Comedy before long.

Happy Birthday Kristen!  Have a wonderful day!!

SNOW WHITE (KRISTEN STEWART) FOR MTV MOVIE AWARDS
BEST HERO

The SWATH family is on board trying to get Snow White a win for the 2013 MTV Movie Awards Best Hero.

SWATH dwarf double Edd Osmond participated by tweeting a photo of Kristen and himself at the SWATH premiere after party on Instagram. Yesterday, producer Palak Patel cast his vote as well.

Snow White started out in a tough fight with Iron Man, now it is with Bilbo Baggins. It's been a cat and mouse fight between the two for the past few days.  With one week to go, hopefully she will pull it out. Here's how you can vote:

1. Go to MTV and click on the Twitter icon on Snow White's picture and cast as many votes as you want, or

2. Hashtag all of your tweets with #votesnowwhite, or

3. Hashtag a photo of Snow White or Kristen with #votesnowwhite.  Make it a photo with you with Kristen, you in a Snow White or SWATH costume etc... and make it creative. Stand out so MTV will post the photo.

So go vote and keep voting as much as you can. The MTV Movie Awards will air next Sunday at 9pm EST on MTV.

HONORING ROGER EBERT:
EBERT'S REVIEW OF SWATH -
"A FILM OF ASTONISHING BEAUTY AND IMAGINATION"

For anyone who has studied journalism, you learn about all aspects of the genre.  You also never know when you will wind up behind a desk giving restaurant reviews or working the graveyard shift giving news updates for the local radio station.

You learn that a neophyte fresh out of journalism school or one who has ticked off an editor or who "can't hack it" in hard news any longer were usually dumped into covering the entertainment news desk interviewing dolphins at the local zoo.

Today, in the world of 24/7 "gossip and gotcha" journalism (if you can call it journalism) money and ratings talk; however, there are still those who are around in entertainment reporting that one can respect as a journalist (do not see Rex Reed).  Roger Ebert, film critic for the Chicago Sun-Times, television host and blogger, was one of the few [remaining].

VOTE FOR SNOW WHITE
(KRISTEN STEWART) AS 'BEST HERO'
FOR MTV MOVIE AWARDS 2013

Universal

MTV just added the Best Hero category to their 2013 Movie Awards which Kristen Stewart's Snow White has been nominated.  Snow White is up against the Iron Man and Hulk from The Avengers, Batman and Catwoman of the The Dark Knight Rises and Bilbo Baggins from The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey.

How to vote:

Include in every tweet on Twitter or caption written on Instagram the hashtag "#votesnowwhite" to count as a vote.  The more you hashtag the more votes Snow White receives. Or, just click on the tweet on Snow White's photo and cast your vote.

MTV also wants fans to dress up in their favorite costumes and send it to them via instagram and include the hashtag.  The best costumes will be displayed on the Best Hero page here and during the Movie Awards.

Keep track of the vote count on the Best Hero page and don't forget to add #votesnowwhite to your tweets and instagrams!
