WINSTONE A LITTLE SCARY IN DICKSON'S STORY?

BBC

The Daily Star is reporting the SWATHs very own Ray Winstone is giving a ratings board a little difficulty.

Winstone's performance as Abel Magwitch in the BBC's version of  'Great Expectations', a movie based on a Charles Dickens classic, was "too scary" for viewing in the more family friendly hour of the evening which is the 8pm hour. The time has been pushed back to 9pm.

They are considering the perfomance  is “too dark, frightening and adult”.  Aw, Ray doesn't look like he could hurt a puppy.

'Great Expectations' will be televised on December 27, 28, and 29.  There is no information for stateside viewing to date.
