CHARLIZE THERON'S BACK FOR 'MAD MAX 4' RESHOOTS 11 MONTHS LATER...CAUSE FOR CONCERN?

Production wrapped last December and now an additional 3 weeks of reshoots are set to begin this November for the Warner Brothers highly anticipated Mad Max: Fury Road a.k.a Mad Max 4.

Fury Road stars SWATH's Charlize Theron, Tom Hardy (The Dark Knight), Nicholas Hoult (Warm Bodies) and ZoĆ« Kravitz (Divergent).

The film has been reportedly plagued with delays, rewrites, production cost overruns and now reshoots almost a year later.

Fury Road appears to be tentatively set for a 2014 release but at this rate, it could be pushed into 2015. The Playlist is reporting that there is a new casting call for "supporting roles."  The main cast will return for the reshoots as well.

The one bright spot is that Fury Road tapped Dutch musician Tom Holkenborg to compose the film score, according to Playlist.

"Holkenborg is no stranger to the film world, he previously collaborated with Hans Zimmer on 'The Dark Knight Rises' and 'Man Of Steel,' as well as handling scoring duties on his own on films like 'Megamind' and this year’s 'Paranoia.'"

After almost a year, with additional cast being added and now reshoots, let's hope Mad Max 4 lives up to the prior films (Mad Max, The Road Warrior, Mad Max: Beyond the Thunderdome).

Although Tina Turner won't be bringing back her Master Blaster, check out the original video for the worldwide classic hit single from the Beyond the Thunderdome, "We Don't Need Another Hero."  Enjoy.
