When Charlize Theron and Kristen Stewart hit the red carpet, there is someone in their corner placing them on some of Hollywood's top best dressed lists year after year.

Both Stewart stylist Tara Swennen an Theron's stylist Leslie Fremar are being hailed as one of Hollywood's Top 25 Power Stylists by The Hollywood Reporter.

More after the break

Charlize Theron stylist Leslie Fremar hits the list at #5.

THR writes:

OSCAR PHILOSOPHY

“Charlize has worn white and pink, so I thought it would be incredible to do a black dress,” says Fremar. “She wasn’t sure but said, ‘I trust you,’ ” says Fremar about the dramatic black Christian Dior Couture that designer Raf Simons custom-made with illusion tulle straps “for a floating effect” (No. 13).

Kristen Stewart is noted for her fashion sense, however Swennen is behind her red carpet selections.

Coming in at #20, THR writes:

WHY SHE MATTERS

Sure, Swennen is lauded for recognizing a client’s individuality (i.e., Kristen Stewart‘s Chanel hot pants), but where she has a larger-than-most impact is internationally, thanks in part to client Kaley Cuoco Sweeting, whose Big Bang Theory dominates worldwide syndication.

HER TOP LOOK

Bowen’s color-blocked Herrera at the Globes (No. 40). “It was fun, sophisticated, and we were really drawn to the colors,” says Swennen. Her other pick is Stewart’s ladylike tweed jacket teamed with those hot pants and fingerless leather gloves that she wore front-row at Chanel’s Haute Couture show in July in Paris (No. 41). Swennen recalls her very first red carpet with Stewart: “She was attending a premiere at the Toronto Film Festival, and it was a Chanel moment.” Chimes in Stewart, the face of Chanel’s new Metiers d’Art Paris-Dallas campaign that debuts in May, “It all comes full circle with Chanel.”
