EDDIE MARSAN WINS BEST ACTOR AT 2014 EDINBURGH FILM FESTIVAL FOR 'STILL LIFE'

Eddie Marsan's 'Still Life' (2013) continues to receive critical acclaim with him recently winning Best Performance in a British Feature Film at the 2014 Edinburgh Film Festival.

Directed and produced by Uberto Pasolini (Bel Ami, The Full Monty), 'Still Life' has received several nominations and awards including Best Film, Best Director, Pasinetti Critics’ Prize and Cineuropa at the 2013 Venice Film Festival; Best Film at the 2013 Reykjavik and Edinburgh Film Festivals.


"In this poignant and inspirational drama," Marsan plays John May, "a quiet optimistic an selfless man who finds joy in helping everyone but himself." May is a case worker who searches for the relatives of those who are found dead and alone. 


'Still Life' is scheduled to be screened at the Traverse City Film Festival in Michigan on July 30th. For more information, go the their website here.
