Kristen joined seven other potential Oscar nominees at the AFI Film Festival's Inaugural Indie Contender Roundtable hosted by The Hollywood Reporter's Scott Feinberg Sunday evening in Hollywood, California.
The Oscar hopefuls answered questions during a 90-minute session in front of a packed audience.
The panel included Stewart, Tilda Swinton, Jake Gyllenhaal, Bill Hader, J.C. Chandor, Damien Chazelle, Marion Cotillard, Michelle Monaghan.
AFI tweeted a few answers from the panel including Stewart who answered a wide-range of questions:

This is the beginning of the Oscar push by Sony for a hopeful Best Supporting Actress nomination for her role in 'Still Alice'.
Fans are sure to be hearing more from Stewart in the weeks ahead including the promotion for the limited release of the film in December in New York and LA in order to get into contention for the upcoming awards season.
