STEWART'S W MAG COVER FEATURED ON NAOMI CAMPELL'S 'THE FACE'

Who could forget this amazing magazine cover?  Well it is still a hot as ever as Kristen Stewart's W magazine cover was one of several featured on a segment during the Tuesday premiere of the new fashion reality show The Face on the Oxygen channel.

The Face stars supermodel Naomi Campbell as her team of models competes with two other teams led by supermodels Karolina Kurkova and Coco Rocha for prizes.

Host and fashion photographer Nigel Barker introduced a competition where the model contestants where to take a photo good enough to be seen in W magazine.  

A subsequent montage of W magazines were shown featuring an array of A-list of covers.  Check out the video below.

W Magazine Fashion Director Edward Enniful tweeted that Kristen Stewart will be featured in W's The First 40 Years book.  Enniful directed Stewart's infamous W photoshoot.

Stewart was featured on W magazine's September 2011 issue channeling one of Hollywood's sex sirens, Bridget Bardot.  It was one of the most talked about fashion photoshoots last year. 

Amazon states that the book "will celebrate its [W] 40th anniversary with this volume—a collection of the most influential and iconic features and photos culled from its first four decades."

The book features people such as Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis,  Henry Kissinger, Madonna, Diana Ross, Tina Turner,  Sting, Nicki Minaj, Brad Pitt as well as our Snow White.

FLORENCE WELCH & STEWART'S 

'W MAGAZINE' FASHION DIRECTOR UP FOR BRITIAN'S STYLE AWARDS

W magazine's Fashion Director Edward Enninful was nominated for the Isabella Blow Award for Fashion Creator for the British Fashion Awards which is awarded to a "British stylist, make-up artist, photographer, art director or producer whose creativity has been a major inspiration and influence in the past year."

Enninful was the stylist behind Kristen Stewart's September 2011 W cover and photo spread which was his first cover for W .  This cover and spread is still debated as being her sexiest to date, according to fans, as Stewart was transformed and from the "Twilight teen" to the 'On the Road woman.'

The other nominees along with Enninful are Katie Grand and Louise Wilson. 

Also, SWATH's Florence Welch is a nominee for the British Style Award for being "an individual who embodies the spirit of London and is an international ambassador for London as a leading creative fashion capital."

Fans can cast votes for their favorite stylish individual. Some of the nominees are Stella McCartney, Alexa Chung, Adele, Kate Moss and David Beckham.  See the rest of the nominees and cast your votes for Florence here.

CHRIS HEMSORTH FEATURED IN 

'W MAGAZINE' (JULY 2012)

Ah yes, another member of the SWATH cast is being featured in 'W' magazine and it's not a female.  It's Chris Hemsworth. Chris is being featured in the July 2012 edition of 'W'. 


With the success of 'The Avengers' and now with SWATH, he has the Ron Howard film 'Rush' coming out soon and 'Thor 2' in the wings, Chris is becoming one of Hollywood's hot guys.

Kristen appeared on W's September 2011 issue which took the world by storm.  It was her first cover that showed her more mature and as sexual bombshell.

STEWART'S 'W' COVER IS ONE OF MTV'S BEST OF 2011 

Taylor Lautner on 'GQ,' Kristen Stewart on 'W,' and Robert Pattinson on 'Vanity Fair.'

MTV is full steam ahead with their year-ending lists for 2011.  Now they are giving homage to the Best Fashion Magazine Covers and Kristen Stewart's 'W' is their choice. 

Stewart's 'W' cover set off a firestorm on the Internet.  It caused another trending topic on Twitter and every gossip and entertainment site tweeted their excitement for the cover.  It was definitely one of the sexiest magazine covers this year without her having to be obvious (wearing short and revealing outfits) like the majority of covers.   

It was just a sexy classic throw back to the days of Ann Margret who you can picture singing Viva Las Vegas along with Elvis Presley. It was tremendously done and not one star had anything close to this cover this year...not even close.

Another cover that really sent the world in a frenzy was the GQ UK cover.  But the cover wasn't the only story...the interview inside really pushed the Twitter into overdrive with only three words..."My Boyfriend's English."  'Nuff said.

GQ UK had tweeted that Stewart's cover was their fastest selling of the year at that time.  We have not seen another tweet indicating that it has been beaten. 

The magazine covers MTV is praising are eclectic and really good but did they cause a Twitter frenzy like Ms. Stewart did...twice?!  Don't think so.  The interior spreads themselves i.e. the underwater photographs in GQ UK, got a lot of people excited as well.

Another year, another set of Twilight covers! Taylor Lautner smoldered as a throwback to the Rat Pack in a lean suit and slicked hair on the November issue of GQ Australia, while Kristen Stewart also exemplified an homage to retro fashion as a '60s bombshell on the September issue of W. (Do yourself a favor and look at that cover in a bigger version—it's a cat's eye to dream about.) On the opposite side of the spectrum, Robert Pattinson poses with an alligator (um, sure?) on the April cover of Vanity Fair in a very Crocodile-Dundee-meets-urban-cowboy shoot that leaves us with SO many questions: Is that marsh real? Why is Rob's shirt so wrinkled? Is that crocodile considered an accessory? Is PETA mad? We're not! Now if only he'd undo just one more button...

STEWART ON MEXICAN BILLBOARD

A photograph from Kristen Stewart's 'W' magazine spread was spotted on a billboard in Mexico. 

Yesterday, Stewart's 'Twilight' co-star, Michael Welch, tweeted his opinion raving about the covergirl as well as the infamous Paris Hilton being conveniently photographed carrying the 'W' magazine with Stewart's photograph facing the photogs.  It appears that this will be one popular photo shoot.

TWILIGHT CO-STAR PRAISES KRISTEN'S MAG COVER

Kristen Stewart's 'Twilght' co-star Michael Welch gave a wonderful compliment via Twitter regarding Stewart's 'W' magazine cover.

He tweeted:

"@MichaelWelchAct BTW, have you all seen Kristen on the cover of W this month? Holy Moses, she looks AMAZING! Incredible picture."


It's nice to see her former castmates continue to be supportive.  Well said Mike!

 She definitely knows how to work a camera and angles.  Paris Hilton was "conveniently" seen carrying the W Magazine the Kristen Stewart's cover.  Do you really carry a magazine with the main cover not facing you and not in a bag?  

Oh Paris.  You got what you wanted, a picture of you carrying the "hottest" covergirl this year.  In this case, we sort of don't mind.  Just don't crease the book.
