DWARF WEDDING ON THE HORIZON: JOHNNY HARRIS WILL WED 

THIS FRIDAY

Johnny Harris sent out a lovely tweet today announcing that he will be getting married this Friday, September 7th to his fiance in her hometown of Gothenberg, Sweden.  

He tweeted earlier that his tux from October-House, which is where his suit for the SWATH premiere is also from, is ready for his nuptials.

This will be the third SWATH cast wedding (that we are aware of) since the release of the film.  SWATH dwarf double Karen Anderson wedded Maxwell Laird June 7th which was recently shown on their reality program, Seven Dwarves; and Alex Moore who played a Duke's knight married Paula Stuart last month.

Congratulations to Johnny and his soon-to-be bride!  Hopefully we can get a photo or two to share.  Have a wonderful and blessed day Johnny!!

IT'S A WRAP...NOT REALLY

As usual, we will always try to provide fans with the some perspective on the circumstances surrounding the filming of SWATH. 

Twitter went ablaze when a photograph of an invitation to a SWATH Wrap Party to be held December 11th was tweeted.  However, in this case, this does not mean filming has been completed. 

SWATH has already had one wrap party for a set location and this would be the second, however, it also may not be the last one since filming will be ongoing.

EB received confirmation from two actors a few days ago, via Twitter, that filming will end in January 2012.  Some filming may also take place in the U.S.  Where it will take place is unknown (in studio or at location). However, we previously posted location test shots showing possible places where SWATH could be filmed in California.  

Although nothing has been officially confirmed by Universal or through any producer, it appears like it will not be wrapped by December 11th with call times as late as December 14th.

Having a wrap party does not mean filming is complete.  In this case, production is winding down in the UK and having the wrap party would make sense in order to gather the cast and crew one last time before the holidays begin.

Hopefully this will provide perspective on what the wrap party situation would mean for production. However, in all, principle photography is almost completed and has not wrapped.

CAST UPDATE: ANOTHER KNIGHT

Duke Hammond [Vincent Regan] has another Dark Knight at his disposal, Alex O. Moore.  Moore tweeted that his portion of filming has been delayed until October.  Moore is disappointed naturally but he'll be on set soon enough. 


Moore is excited about the project especially after seeing Director Rupert Sander's work on video.  Fans totally understand what Moore is saying especially after the Comic-Con presentation.

Moore, a native from St. Louis, MO in America, now resides in London. Moore has appeared in 'Green Zone' starring Matt Damond and will be appearing in 'War Horse' with fellow SWATH castmates Eddie Marsan and Johnny Harris.  Moore's biography also states he recently appeared in 'Captain America: The First Avenger' where he appeared in many battle scenes as one of the Red Skull's Hydra soldiers.
