KRISTEN STEWART IS ELLE MAGAZINE'S SEPTEMBER 2014 COVERGIRL

Elle magazine tweeted this new cover with Kristen Stewart who looks amazing on the September edition of sporting her flaming red locks she obtained when filming American Ultra and wearing Chanel. 

Elle boasts that this is their largest fall style edition EVER. 

"(US) ‏@ELLEmagazine Kristen Stewart. Chanel. It's ELLE's September issue, and it's our BIGGEST one ever."

It appears Elle will have an intriguing story titled 'Starting Over: Why You'll Never Again Underestimate Kristen Stewart'.

KRISTEN STEWART'S BATHROOM HAIRCUT

Kristen Stewart surprised the world with a newly fresh cut hairdo when she walked the red carpet at the Chanel Haute Couture show during Paris Fashion Week on Tuesday. While still sporting her orange hue from being dyed for her role in American Ultra (although E! News wrongly referred to her hair color on their show on Tuesday as if it was a new dye job), her well-known long locks had disappeared.

Elle magazine shines a light on the whole story about how the hair cut described as "one part rocker, one part soccer mom" came about only two hours before the show and it begins in a bathroom.

"As the paparazzi outside the Grand Palais des Champs-Elysées snapped away at the white harem pant-clad star, her hairstylist, Ken O'Rourke, took to Instagram to show off his handiwork. He posted a pic of the freshly shorn star with the caption "My new haircut for #kristenstewart #firehair really was a wash and go #noproduct #cutitinthebathroom #chanel #couture #paris #somuchfun and she rocks it." She rocks it for sure, but what is this cut in the bathroom business? We had to find out.

Luckily O'Rourke was able to take some time out of his whirlwind Paris schedule to tell us a little about the look. "Yes it's true, I cut her hair two hours before the show in her hotel bathroom," he said when I questioned his hashtag. "We had fun doing it, and at the end the bathroom floor was covered in red hair." After, he let Stewart's hair air dry as she had her makeup done and got dressed. He then ran a dab of wax though her tresses and sprayed them with a quick spritz of dry shampoo. And that was it: a no-fuss style, for a no-fuss kind of girl.

Since it has such minimal upkeep, O'Rourke thinks this look, which he calls a cross between a 1970's coupe savage and and River Pheonix, is perfect for the girl with a hectic schedule. "It has versatility and can transform from wash-and-run to nighttime chic—it's not a personality stealer, it's a confidence giver." As for the color, O'Rourke went for a haircut that works in harmony with her fiery hue and makes it look even more interesting.

K Stew has always been a bit hard to put your finger on. Sometimes she comes across with a seemingly 'I don't want to be here' attitude and other times it's like she's the most down-to-earth girl in the room. Of course, we'll never really know, but thinking about her getting her hair chopped off in a hotel bathroom two hours before going to hang out with Karl Lagerfeld at one of the biggest fashion events of the year, makes us think she's pretty darn cool."

Yeah, we agree...KStew is pretty darn cool.

KRISTEN STEWART WOWS PARIS WITH NEW HAIR CUT IN SEXY PHOTOSHOOT WITH JULIETTE BINOCHE

Kristen Stewart set Parish Fashion Week on fire after she appeared sporting a newly cut short hairdo. Could it be a new look for her new film 'Equals' or was it just time for a change?

Stewart explains her latest hairstyle to Women's Wear Daily.

[Stewart] “I’m ultimately going to go a little bit shorter for this next film that I’m going to do called ‘Equals,’ but I figured, you know, before I went all the way — might as well just play around with something for the show,” she said, adding that the orange color was a leftover from her most recent shoot, “American Ultra.” 

Stewart will star with Nicholas Hoult in “Equals,” billed as a futuristic love story, and confessed she is nervous before each new shoot. “That’s the feeling that I look for. That’s everything that drives me. You know — and a lot of people say this — but if you’re not a little afraid of what you’re doing, it’s probably not worthwhile,” she remarked. 

However, the “Twilight” star has gotten over her initial fear of working with French actress Juliette Binoche on “Sils Maria,” which premiered at the Cannes Film Festival in May. The two will be reunited soon on “The Big Shoe.” “The intimidation level is down a bit, but now I feel like we need to up our games because it’s, like, the second go. I’m so excited. She’s become one of my favorite people in the world,” Stewart said. 


Stewart posed for a photoshoot with Juliette Binoche who she stars with in 'Clouds of Sils Maria'.  This shoot appears to be for the upcoming promotion of their film.

Stewart received critical acclaim for her performance as Valentine at the 2014 Cannes Film Festival.

KRISTEN STEWART & CHARLIZE THERON ROCK THE 2014 MET BALL RED CARPET

SWATH met on the red carpet as both Kristen Stewart and Charlize Theron attended the "Charles James: Beyond Fashion" Costume Institute Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art Monday evening in in New York City.

Stewart took time out from filming American Ultra in order to walk the red carpet in Chanel with her newly minted firey red locks she received for the film.  Her hair really stood out on the carpet.

Theron, who wore Dior, was escorted by her boyfriend actor/director Sean Penn.  Penn directed Stewart in Into the Wild (2007).

Earlier in the evening Stewart's hair stylist Abir Abergel tweeted out instagram photos of her and Riley Keough getting prepared. Stewart was later seen heading over to greet Keough on the red carpet. 

You can pretty much bet the house that these ladies will be making plenty of Best Dressed lists.

Grazia Daily UK has an exclusive interview an behind-the-scenes look at Kristen Stewart's photoshoot with Karl Largerfeld for his Chanel Metier d'art Paris Dallas collection which she is the face of the couture fashion line.

Stewart, selected as the face of the line in December, had no idea that Lagerfeld had her in his plans when she attended his Metier d'art show in Dallas last year, according to GDUK.

KRISTEN STEWART VISITS PARIS FOR FASHION AND FRAGRANCE

Kristen Stewart took a quick trip to Paris to take care of some fashion business. Reports have her meeting with fashion icon Karl Lagerfeld regarding her duties as the face of Chanel's Paris-Dallas Métiers d'Art Collection line to be released this May.

ELLE UK SAYS KRISTEN STEWART IS "GENUINE" & CAN HAWK PROACTIVE ADS TOO!

Fans constantly talk about how beautiful Kristen Stewart's skin is and without a doubt, she has some of the best skin in Hollywood.  Stewart recently spoke with Into the Gloss about her skin and the use of the acne medicine ProActive.   

However, Elle UK takes issue with Stewart stating that the acne company which uses stars such as Adam Levine and Katy Perry in their ads would not want her.

"The girl has amazing skin, but more importantly, she's certainly not the type to shill something she doesn't believe in," writes Elle UK. "She just doesn't care enough to do that.".

"Still, savvy to how the world sees her, she says she doesn't think Proactiv would want her as a spokesperson. 'I can’t imagine doing one of their commercials, she said. 'I don’t think they’d want me to, to be honest.'" 

"Maybe she thinks they'd rather have a shinier, happier Justin Bieber-type (well, pre-arrest, anyway) hawk their product with a side of giggles and winks. But I say screw that. Say what you will about Kristen Stewart— the girl is genuine in her nonplussed baditude. If she says Proactiv works, I believe it."

KRISTEN STEWART IS NO LONGER THE TOMBOY

The tomboy days are certainly over.  The A-list beauty has definitely come into her own.  Kristen Stewart tells Into the Gloss how she went from a plain Jane to the gorgeous woman she is today. 

"...when I was 14 or 15, you couldn’t tell the difference between me and my brothers. I looked like a boy, fully. I really like extremes. I wear jeans and t-shirts and am a total tomboy, but at the same time, when I pull out all the stops [for an event], I want to f*cking go for it, polarized in the other direction from my reality."

She is consistently one of the best dressed on any red carpet today without a doubt. 

Stewart talks about her beauty tips and reminds us she's just a normal girl.

"I still really don’t know how to do my own makeup. I do the same thing every day, if I do my own: mascara and black eyeliner. I’m a bit of a raccoon—I already have dark eyes—so I just make them a little bit darker."

KRISTEN STEWART & STELLA MCCARTNEY PUNK THE MET GALA RED CARPET

While some stars played it safe, Kristen Stewart walked the red carpet with and wearing a red laced Stella McCartney pant suit creation Monday at the Metropolitan Museum of Art  Gala Chaos to Couture event in New York City.

McCartney definitely was thrilled to have both Stewart and actress Cameron Diaz be her muses for the Punk Themed event.  During the Live Stream, McCartney praised her two muses.

"You know I think I have two of the coolest chicks in town," says McCartney.

Stewart was asked who she was excited to see which she replied, "I'm mostly excited by who I showed up with to be honest.  I'm here with Cameron and Stella..."

Miley Cyrus, Rooney Mara, Sara Jessica Parker, Kerry Washington, Anne Hathaway and Elle Fanning were a few stars who really took to the punk couture theme.
