GOSSIP COP REPORTS: SAM IS 'FINNICK'

Hunger TV

Yes! Finally, confirmation?

Gossip Cop has reported that Sam Claflin a.k.a. Prince William is now 'Finnick Odair' in the next Hunger Games film named Catching Fire.

Gossip Cop reports that the studio Lionsgate will be announcing it soon.  How long is "soon"?  We do not know.  An official confirmation (Lionsgate press release) will make us breathe a sigh of relief.

Gossip Cop is one of the more reliable sources in the entertainment blogosphere.  If they have this wrong it would be embarrassing for them.

This is a HUGE get for our prince.  He has definitely been on a streak with film roles in blockbuster movies such as Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides and SWATH.  Now the next big franchise of The Hunger Games.

So congrats to our Prince William, well done lad, well done!

GUARDIAN EXPRESS CONFIRMS SAM CLAFLIN IS 'FINNICK'!!

GQ

UPDATE:

Danielle Mason, reporter for The Guardian Express, has told us that she will be updating (read the article at guardianlv.com) her report to update the Jacobson confirmation.  The original Zap2It report stands as the only confirmed source that Sam has the role.

Zap2It reports that their sources have indicated that Sam has received the coveted role in the next Hunger Games film Catching Fire.  Other media outlets are reporting that it is "unconfirmed".

Sam has not been on Twitter to confirm or deny the report.  Lionsgate still has not officially confirmed that Sam has the role as 'Finnick Odair' as well.

POSSIBLE VILLAINS REVEALED FOR HEMWORTH'S 'THOR' SEQUEL

Marvel

Oops!

ComicBookMovie.com is reporting that SWATH stuntman James Grogan whose credits include Wrath of the Titans and a double for Ralph Fiennes in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1, has been caught in a possible slip up revealing the villain in Chris Hemsworth's Thor sequel named Thor: The Dark World.

Grogan said the following:

Whilst discussing the importance of acting chops in stunt work, Grogan related the experience to a certain Marvel film that he’s currently training for. “The other day for example, this is quite random but I was working on Thor 2,” he explains, “I had a load of stunt guys in and the director came in and he said ‘Look, we want you all to be elves,’ and I was like ‘What the hell is an elf anyway?’ and he said ‘I want you all to walk around like these supernatural animals,’ honestly it was the most ridiculous thing ever but you just have to not be self aware and get on with it.”

CBM concludes that since the title has the word "dark" in it, Grogan may be referring to the "dark elves" in the comic book series.

CBM provides more insights into their analysis here. So, now fans may know who Chris will be tackling in the next film.
