The Hollywood Reporter is states that Kristen Stewart's representation has indicated that Stewart did not halt production yesterday when it was reported that she was injured on set.
It was obvious that production continued after the injury because a tweet that was later deleted stated that although Stewart has spent most of the day in her trailer, she was up and walking by the afternoon.
The dwarfs were filming today so production was not halted after Stewart's injury.
