A SWATH  HALLOWEEN

(Universal)

Halloween is around the corner and everyone is trying to decide what they will be wearing. Either go with the standard stand-bys with Spiderman, Dracula, Harry Potter, Catwoman or maid with a feather duster...yawns.  Or you can just step out and be ahead of the pack and dress up as one of the Snow White and the Huntsman characters.  Yes, dare to be different.

(Target -Snow White Costume)
We know about the traditional Snow White costumes based upon the Walt Disney version but what about SWATH?  Well SWATH takes on a "medieval" look rather than the a "comic book look" like the traditional costume. Ladies can be sexy and guys can be debonair or let's just say it, hot!

LAKE DISTRICT SHOOTING CONTINUES

Here are pictures tweeted by @imoviei regarding production today and last week.  One of the production locations is said to be at the Lake District where Kristen Stewart and Chris Hemsworth are currently filming. The photo above was a filming location there today.

@imoviei also stated that filming will take place here (see below) as well as at Pinewood Studios next week.

The building that appears to be a cathedral type building was the filming location yesterday. The cinematographer must be really happy about these locations because they are scenic and beautiful.

WHO MAKES THE BETTER QUEEN?

(Relativity/Universal)

Let the comparisons begin...again.  Earlier we wrote about the director of Relativity's 'unnamed Snow White' movie, Tarsem Singh's knock on SWATH, stating that it was still in production and it isn't worth watching.

Well, Movieline asks the question, "Who Makes the Better Snow White Evil Queen?"  We all know if we took a poll we can guess what the pending results would be.  Movieline describes both Relativity's 'Snow White' and evil queen costumes as follows:

While we love Lily Collins’s Snow White ballgown (no comment on the Bjork-inspired headpiece), Julia Roberts looks more like a poorly-outfitted peasant with a soft spot for peacock feathers than an evil sorceress who plots deaths via poisoned apples.
